Cumin

Cumin is a fragrant seed which its plant resembles a carrot bush. Cumin’s leaves are 20 to 30 cm and the  plant height is about 50 cm. Its fruit (incorrectly called seed) is two millimeters in size with crescent-shaped and has 5 prominent lines. Cumin is available in two types of green cumin (scientific name: Cuminum cyminum) and black cumin (scientific name: Carum carvil).
